COVID-19:  Kentucky Opera remains committed to undertaking measures to keep our artists, staff, and audiences safe, and we are under the advisement of the most up-to-date guidelines. If, for any reason, we have to cancel or delay a production, ticket holders will have the option of to receive a full refund, or to donate the value of their tickets. 1) Check your tickets. There are no refunds. Ticket exchanges, if available, are subject to a fee. 2) All transactions are subject to a fee. 3) Latecomers are subject to deferred seating. 4) Program, dates, and times are subject to change. 5) Cameras, cell phones, and recording devices are prohibited. Violation of the forgoing will automatically terminate this license. 6) The resale or attempted resale at a higher rate than that appearing thereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. 7) Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket issued whether occurring prior to, during, or after the same. 8) Tickets are a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price. 9) Ushers are available to assist you. 10) If for any reason whatsoever Kentucky Opera has not received payment of or has refunded the price of this ticket, this ticket may be revoked without any advance notice and without refund of any amounts the holder may have paid to any other parties. 11) By entering the premises, you consent to be recorded (photo/video/audio) for publication or promotion.
